This luxurious 4-bedroom house with spa bath is on Totara Terrace and sleeps 9. It is situated 5 minutes drive from town centre.

The house has fantastic views of the lake and the mountains from the lounge and deck. It is warm and sunny, with comfortable furnishings and many extras. It has a large open plan lounge/dining area with a log burner, plus supplementary electric heaters downstairs. A big kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It has an upstairs toilet. There are excellent facilities, including Sky TV(including sport), DVD, Video, CD Player, BBQ on the deck, Phone (for local and incoming calls), Broadband internet connection.

Downstairs: 4 large bedrooms, all beds with electric blankets

• 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, and dressing room
• 1 queen bed
• 1 double and 1 single
• 2 singles

Internal double spa bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Laundry with washer and dryer, sink and extra fridge freezer.
Cleaning, toiletries, towels, bedding, sheets and a few provisions supplied.
