This 2 bedroom house with a conservatory that can make a third bedroom is situated in Brownston street, just 2 minutes walk to town centre and 5 minute walk to lake front. There is a Garage and off street parking.

2 decent size bedrooms, one with a double and one with 2 singles. One of these single beds can be moved to the conservatory if that works better. Free to air satellite TV, in spacious lounge/ dining area. This connects to a fully equipped kitchen area.

The large gas fire heater, with thermostat, is in this living area, with a nightstore in bedroom area.

Bathroom with shower and separate loo.
Laundry area with washing machine.
